This cautious, conservative nature enables to you build up experience slowly in situations where you are part of a group or larger plan, although you should be careful not to look up too much to those in higher positions of authority.
As you are always thinking of and looking after other people the challenge in your life is to look after yourself, as your tendency to pour energy into others can otherwise leave you exhausted. It is also important that you receive acknowledgment for what you do otherwise you may lose confidence in yourself.
Learning to look after yourself and, taking your time to get things done without getting too involved in all the detail, will help prevent you from thinking so much and instead enable you to help others more effectively.

You can expect to receive an increase in status such a pay rise or a rung up the ladder at work and your confidence will be on the up and up, but be aware that this increase in status comes with responsibility attached to it.
Avoid the temptation to see situations in black and white and instead remain flexible in your relations with others, especially as your new found pride may distort your understanding of the needs of those around you. Give them what they want, not what you think they want and they will benefit from your help.
Equally you should not be so hard on yourself when making those inevitable mistakes, you have every right to feel good about where you are and so should indulgent yourself from time to time.
If you have made the right choices in recent years you should now be seeing the material results of those plans, the things that you really wanted should now be manifesting around you. But if your plans have not worked as expected use the insights and experiences gained last year to hold you in good stead, and make the mid course correction required to bring you closer to your goals.
Use your organisational skills to structure your plans and focus on how they will benefit others, as this year is as much about you helping others achieve their best, as it is about your own successes.
